This is the second time I've had to call Robbins out for warranty work. Each time they have been very pleasant and courteous. However, after the initial visit, they have had to order parts. Each time I've had to call them back to find out if the parts have come in or not. Of course they apologize and make excuses that they were not notified that the part was in, but twice now? Overall the quality of the work they do is great and I do recommend these guys. You just have to stay on top of them.
